Trumpington Street Medical Practice

The practice works to provide the highest quality care to all our patients and to treat you with respect and courtesy at all times. As a practice we encourage teamwork and meet regularly to ensure good communication between the whole practice team. We hold an annual away-day to discuss the past years progress and to plan for the future.

What we ask of our patients

Please ensure that you inform the surgery of any change of address, home telephone number and/or mobile telephone number

Please keep your appointment or let us know as soon as possible if you can not attend
An appointment is intended for only one person, if you intend to bring another person or to discuss several matters please let the Receptionist know so that sufficient time is allowed
Please be polite and respectful to all members of staff
We are continually seeking to improve the service we provide for our patients. Your comments and suggestions are most welcome, and should be discussed with the Practice Manager (in her absence the Deputy Manager or Branch Manager)

Zero Tolerance
Violent or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, and in such instances the Police will be informed and the patient removed from the practice list.
