Appointments During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, unfortunately we are unable to offer online bookings.

All face to face interactions will need to be triaged first by a clinical member of staff.

We may be able to deal with your problem directly over the telephone, or arrange a video consultation, or to see you face to face in our clinical isolation rooms.  As part of our remote consulting service we sometimes ask for photographs of skin lesions to be sent in. However please do not send us any photos until you have authorisation from a GP first.

For students already registered with us who go home for the holidays, we are able to offer remote telephone and video consultations, to avoid the need to register as a temporary patient at your local surgery.  This allows for continuity of care.

Please use our new online consulting tool for non emergency queries or contact us on 01223 361611 (Main Surgery) / 01223 845185 (Branch Surgery)

In an emergency please call 999.  If you need out of hours GP care which cannot wait until we are open, please call 111

If you have a mental health crisis, you can call 111 and select option 2, to speak to a mental health crisis team member.  Please click here  for more information.
