Issues contacting our practice

We apologise for any issues you are encountering contacting our practice over the last few weeks. We have been experiencing significantly more problems with our telephone system since we implemented a change a few months back. We have tried to resolve these problems with our supplier but unfortunately not all have been remedied and as a result we are still having intermittent technical issues.

We have temporarily employed another telephone system so that our clinicians can make outgoing calls to patients (unfortunately it cannot take incoming calls) to take the pressure off the system and this has helped a little.

We are looking at other solutions as a priority and will update you as soon as we can. In the meantime, may we suggest you try to contact the surgery through electronic means as much as possible for non-urgent queries e.g. through the NHS App / email and avoid busy times to call when the telephone system is in high demand if you can e.g. 8 -10 am especially on Mondays. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
