Support for Your Lung Health – MyAsthma and MyCOPD Apps
We’re pleased to offer support for patients with asthma and COPD through two NHS-approved digital health apps: MyAsthma and MyCOPD. These apps are designed to help you manage your condition day-to-day, alongside the care you receive from our team.
MyAsthma App: For patients with asthma
MyAsthma is an easy-to-use app that helps you track your symptoms, monitor your triggers, and stay on top of your asthma care.

- Daily symptom and peak flow tracking
- Personalised asthma action plan
- Reminders to take your medication
- Educational videos and tips to improve your asthma control

Who can use it?
Anyone with a diagnosis of asthma. It’s especially helpful for those who want to better understand their condition or who struggle with frequent symptoms.
MyCOPD App: For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
MyCOPD is a digital self-management app designed by clinicians to support people living with COPD. It helps you take control of your condition and improve your quality of life.

- Tailored self-management advice
- Inhaler technique videos and guidance
- Symptom and medication tracking
- Online pulmonary rehabilitation programmes
- Weather and pollution alerts

Who can use it?
Anyone diagnosed with COPD. It’s ideal for helping you stay well, spot flare-ups early, and stay active.
How to Get Started
Both apps are NHS-approved and available free of charge through our practice or local NHS services. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be in touch with patients who have asthma or COPD to offer support in signing up. If you’re interested, we’ll guide you through getting started and make sure you feel confident using the app.
