Online Patient Triage System Trial

We will be running a second trial of a new online patient triage system for 2 weeks commencing Tuesday 8th July 2025. 

This new triage system will have more options for you to choose from to help direct your query to the most relevant staff member.

You may feel that it asks you for more information than our current triage system. This will enable us to process requests in a timelier manner and reduce the need for patients and staff to send additional messages.

SystmConnect will be available during the below times between Tuesday 8th July 2025 and Monday 21st July.

• Appointment requests - urgent and routine - 8am and 11am – If you require an urgent appointment after this time, please telephone the surgery.
• Other clinical requests – 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Admin requests, including prescriptions - 8:30am to 4:30pm
