Excellent GP practice

I have been registered here for years and find it an excellent practice. Everyone is kind and caring and I find people go out of their way to help.

Excellent practice

Everyone at this practice is wonderful. I particularly appreciate that the GPs always take time to understand my problems, and are both very sympathetic and clinically very competent. The nurses are also brilliant and very skilled at doing procedures with the minimum discomfort.

Consistently excellent care

I have a number of chronic health conditions and, as a result, have been a frequent visitor to the surgery for a number of years. I have seen several different doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants and I have found them to be almost without exception both uncommonly kind and clinically thorough. I have been impressed by their willigness to explain sometimes complex medical science to a layman, by their responsiveness when treatment was needed urgently or when liasion with a specialist was called for, and by their unfailing calm and courtesy under pressure. This last quality has also characterised the work of the recepetion and administrative staff, who play a vital yet often overlooked role. Every time I visit the surgery I leave feeling grateful to have found myself under the care of this practice. Of course, the NHS sometimes has its frustrations- no one likes waiting- but we are all tremendously lucky that it continues to care for us, whoever we are and with regard only to our need.
