Talking Therapies

Our service is part of the National NHS Talking Therapies services and is the new name for CPFT Psychological Wellbeing Service. Our aim is to make psychological therapies more accessible to people experiencing common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. The psychological therapies offered are approved by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)

We are Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind), a values-based, mental health charity. We are a highly collaborative organisation, providing a range of strengths-based services and projects to support recovery from mental health problems and promote positive mental health across our diverse communities.

We value the individual skills, talents and lived experience that everyone brings to CPSL Mind – and co-production plays a key part in everything we do.
