Charles Van Heyningen

I grew up in England, the Netherlands and South Africa and have worked mainly in the NHS over 40 years. I have had experience locally as a patient from the age of 60 onwards, both in primary and secondary care. I have been involved in the healthcare of close relatives in recent years and am thus aware of the benefits and problems as seen by others. By participating in the PPG, I hope that I might contribute to improvements in health care for other patients and the public in general.
