Julian Stanley
Julian Stanley is a highly experienced, qualified, and accredited leadership, career, and life coach who works with individuals and teams. He also delivers organisational development and training workshops across public, third-sector, and commercial organisations. Julian has held senior roles as a Managing Director, Chief Executive, and Non-Executive Director, including a period leading the local Healthwatch, where he worked with patients, clinicians, communities, and health partners to strengthen the patient voice and improve services.
He was the founding CEO of the award-winning national charity Education Support, which provides a free 24/7 counselling helpline, grants, and both charitable and commercial mental health, wellbeing, and organisational development services to schools, colleges, and universities across the UK. A Fellow of the RSA, and a former professionally trained actor and singer, Julian studied at university in Manchester and London and completed his executive education at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. He is a member of the Careers Hub team at the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, Chair of Trumpington Community College, and a member of the Patient Participation Group - bringing together his core interests in health, wellbeing, education, good governance, and building respectful, engaged communities.
