There are several members of the team who work at the main surgery and branch surgery. The patient services administrators are the first point of contact with the surgery, and we are sure that you find them welcoming and helpful. Questions regarding repeat prescriptions, appointments and registrations and other administrative problems should be discussed with the patient services administrators.
