You can submit same-day or routine requests.
For same-day matters, submit the form on Monday to Friday between 8 am and 11 am. For routine medical requests, prescriptions, or any administrative inquiries, submit the form on Monday to Friday, between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. All routine requests will be responded to within 2 working days.

Please note:

We only check submissions during office hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If you need assistance outside these times, call 111. In emergencies, dial 999.
Please do not use this tool if you have registered at the practice within the last 4 weeks. Please call the Surgery for further assistance.
