Dr Tanya Leger
Primary qualifications: MBBS, BSc, PGCertMedEd
Dr Tanya Leger studied at King’s College London, qualifying as a doctor in 2012, and has an intercalated BSc in Neurosciences from the same university. She completed her hospital training as well as half of her GP training in South Oxfordshire and Berkshire before relocating to Cambridge. She has been training at the practice since 2019.
She is currently a Cambridge GP Trainee ST4 Fellow in Quality Improvement and Educational Leadership with the goal of one day becoming a GP trainer. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice, and has a particular interest in Child’s Health, Palliative Care, Minor Operations and Medical Education. As part of her fellowship she recently completed the Cambridge University Postgraduate Course in Medical Education, and is working on improving Reflective Practice in GP training.
