How to Request a Home Visit

Home visits are for those who are too frail or unwell to attend the surgery. Requests for a home visit will be triaged by the practice nurses or a doctor.

If medically necessary the doctor will visit at the end of their surgery or sooner if urgent.

Please try to telephone the surgery before 10.00am so that the doctor can plan his/her visit schedule.
